Frequently asked questions

What is the processing time?
Processing time is typically 2-4 business days and order(s) ship within 4-7 business days upon receipt of payment.
How long does shipping take?
All orders ship via USPS First class or Priority Mail and generally take between 3-5 business days for delivery. Due to COVID-19 there still may be some delays.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped you will receive tracking number to the email you used at checkout.
Where is my order shipping from?
Norfolk, Virginia or Raleigh, NC
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time but we do via our Etsy shop
How do I change the shipping address on my order?
Please immediately email info@tawanasimone.com for any shipping address changes along with your order number.
Please note that if your package has already been processed and/or shipped we are unable to make any changes.

No it is not. Unauthorized usage is not allowed.
Do you provide service for commissions, custom works or logo?
No we do provide service for logo or custom artwork.
